Multi dimensional healing
Just over 3 weeks ago I had a multi dimensional healing session with Valerye and it has been an amazing experience so far….. the healing benefits continue….
I have been challenged by chronic ill health for many years, the last 5 years even more so. The increase in chronic ill heath challenges became a catalyst for my current awakening experience. A journey of greater awareness in learning who I am, who I am not and a greater connection to all that is.
It is no mistake or coincidence that I was led to Valerye and the opportunity to say yes to a multi dimensional energy clearing and an attunement to the Annubis energy healing with a practitioner of the Annubis system that was channelled by Valerye.
Prior to the multi dimensional healing session I spoke with Valerye a few times and Valerye explained everything she needed to and guided me through the process. Valerye was a very supportive and reassuring guide before, after and during the multi dimensional healing session.
Since the multi dimensional healing session I have experienced positive shifts in my physical health, which is absolutely amazing. I am blown away by it and the improvements continue. My intention for this multidimensional cleansing and Karuna Reiki process is to let go of everything I have been carrying that no longer belongs in my life.
I want to release the fears, worries, painful memories, and old stories that keep pulling me back into suffering. I am tired of returning again and again to experiences that hurt me, relationships that wounded me, and moments from my past that still have power over my emotions.
I want to let go of the pain I carry from childhood, family experiences, romantic relationships, disappointments, betrayals, misunderstandings, and all the moments when I felt unseen, rejected, abandoned, or not good enough.
I ask for help in releasing the emotional weight I have been carrying for years. I want to stop living through old wounds and stop seeing myself through the lens of past pain. I no longer want my life to be defined by what happened to me.
I want to release resentment, guilt, shame, anger, fear, self-doubt, and any beliefs about myself that keep me feeling small, stuck, or disconnected from my true nature. I also want to release any unconscious attachment I may have to suffering, struggle, or repeating the same painful patterns.
I ask to be freed from unhealthy emotional ties, energetic burdens, and connections that drain my energy or keep me attached to people, situations, or memories that are no longer part of my path.
I also ask for the release of any negative intentions, projections, judgments, envy, hostility, curses, or harmful energies that may have been directed toward me consciously or unconsciously. May anything that is not aligned with my highest good be cleared, transformed, and released.
Most of all, I want to feel safe within myself again. I want to trust life, trust my heart, and trust the wisdom that exists within me. I want to reconnect with the part of myself that is peaceful, whole, loving, and free.
I ask for support in strengthening my self-worth, confidence, inner strength, and ability to love without fear. I want to be fully present in my life instead of trapped in the past.
I am ready to forgive—not because the past did not matter, but because I no longer want to carry its weight. I am ready to move forward with more peace, clarity, freedom, and joy.
I open myself to healing, to healthy relationships, to love, to creativity, to abundance, and to a future that is no longer shaped by old pain.

My experience with Karuna Reiki started in a very unexpected way, because I never really saw myself as a spiritual person. It wasn’t part of my life at all.
I came into it through my partner, who had been initiated by Valérie a little before me. For the first time, I saw Reiki working in someone close to me in a real and direct way. It honestly surprised me, and it made me curious.
Before my own initiation, I also received Reiki from my partner for a few days. It was my first real contact with this energy, and was when I started to feel something changing inside me.
I come from a very rational and structured background, so this experience was quite new for me. But instead of closing, I slowly opened to it.
During this period, I also made important lifestyle changes — like stopping smoking, alcohol, and meat. At first it was a decision, but later it became something natural, like my system was just letting things go.
Emotionally, a lot started to move. Old things came up, but I was able to stay with them and release them little by little. Reiki helped me in a very soft and steady way.
But very important part of this whole process was Valérie. She was present from the beginning, not only for the initiation, but throughout the entire preparation. She really followed me step by step, checked in, guided me, and held the process in a very calm and clear way. Even when things felt confusing or intense, she knew how to bring me back to a stable place.
She also worked with us as a couple, which was very important. She didn’t separate things — she included both of us in the process and guided us to work with Reiki together at some point. That made everything more integrated, not just individual healing, but also something happening in the relationship.
I really felt she was taking care of the whole process, not just teaching or initiating, but actually holding the space for transformation in a very real way.
I also noticed changes in my relationship — more calm, more presence, and less tension between us.
Overall, this experience helped me feel more grounded and more clear inside. It didn’t change who I am, but it helped me release a lot of internal noise.
I’m very grateful, especially to Valérie, for the way she guided, supported, and held me through the whole journey.

Thank you!! I have only just recovered….its taken two days for the energies to settle…and I am not sure what to say!
The combination of the master anubis attunement and multidimensional energy healing was powerful. I felt like I had been run over by a truck when I woke up afterwards! It took a couple of days for the energies to settle and to feel ‘normal’ again. I had a flu reaction at first and felt unwell. However, I have now realised this was just a healing process and my body was adjusting to a new norm and vibration. I know that to hold the high energies I have to stay vegetarian, free of caffeine and sugar. I cannot fully explain the change – I just feel a new person and that so much has shifted. Many thanks to Valerye for a healing that was out of this world.

After more than 20 years away from practicing Reiki, I reconnected with this path through Valérie’s work and guidance. Before that long pause, I had been a professional Reiki practitioner myself. However, I consciously stepped away from Reiki in order to dedicate myself fully to another spiritual path and contemplative practice. Even so, Reiki was always something I deeply missed, so meeting Valerie again felt profoundly providential — as if life was bringing me back to an essential part of myself at exactly the right moment.
Through her introduction to Karuna Reiki and the multidimensional cleansing process, I experienced one of the most beautiful transformations of my life. With Valéry’s guidance, she then entered a structured process of spiritual and energetic cleansing and detox, within which I also offered Karuna Reiki sessions, as suggested.
Through this combined process, she underwent a profound transformation, gradually accessing a deep sense of inner peace and an authentic state of original goodness that she had never previously imagined possible.
She has now chosen to continue on this path and to become a Reiki practitioner herself, committing to the full training and process.

Heartfelt gratitude, Valerye, for the beautiful, calm, and gentle clearing process and the Karuna Reiki initiation. During the session, I experienced deep peace and felt your wonderful guidance throughout. During the attunement, I sensed a soft energetic pulsation moving through my body. Expect the unexpected.
I don’t think it’s possible to predict exactly what will happen when you have a session with Valerye.
During my recent session I could feel blockages in my spine being released which caused my physical body to jerk. I felt energy movement throughout my entire body which I feel was cosmic energy of a very high level being anchored into my body, resulting in an upgrading of my human energy system.
We were thousands of miles apart during the session but this work takes place beyond time and space.

My Expectations for the Anubis Reiki Experience
After my first experience with Karuna Reiki, I feel this will be a different kind of experience.
My main intention is simple: energetic cleansing and balance, especially in the heart chakra, solar plexus, and root chakra.
I am also genuinely curious to experience the Anubis system through its sacred geometry, its idea of ascension, and its connection with guides and Masters. I am open to that dimension of the work.
My previous experience helped awaken and activate my inner healing capacities, and I feel this next step may deepen and refine that process in a natural way.
